Ed Smith Pre-K-8

Rise Above Poverty expanded their program in 2018 to include Ed Smith Elementary School. Ed Smith which is located near the university area has a Poverty rate of forty-five percent. They are a K-8 grade school with students from various areas of Syracuse.
